I have worked in many preschools in the past 15 years. Bloom is the first ever to make me feel valued as an employee. And even though we are all here for the children, staff is reminded in so many different ways that they are important. From kind words, small tokens of appreciation, fun treats etc…they take every opportunity to let us know we are appreciated. Over the years this piece of the puzzle was always missing for me. This makes me keep wanting to be an amazing teacher for my students and makes coming to work everyday an absolute pleasure. It is simple really; happy teachers, happy students.

When you walk through the doors of Bloom you can immediately sense the welcoming feel to the building and the staff is a major aspect of this. Being a part of the Bloom Tribe is amazing and has given me the opportunity to do something that I love: teaching children in a way that they can play and learn simultaneously. This team works diligently and dutifully to ensure that all of our littles are taken care of and are receiving the best care possible. Bloom Academy is my home away from home! When starting here at Bloom I was nervous coming into a new environment but the staff and families made the transition a breeze. Over my first week here Bloom became more than just a new job but family. It is a very welcoming and easy going work environment. The director is very flexible with your scheduling and also very easy to get along with.
